LEARNINGS & OUTCOMES

Shackleton ship-wreck“The Shackleton Experience” is a deep, visceral and emotional dive into one of the great leadership cases of all time. The theatrical framework of the piece puts the learning anchors squarely in place for subsequent decision-making and change, and the reported outcomes have been nothing short of remarkable. After participating in “The Shackleton Experience”, audience members often choose to further investigate the leadership competencies of nor only Sir Ernest, but also the members of his gallant and tenacious team, who refused to believe that the impossible was ever beyond their grasp. The number one take-away, however, is inspiration. Inspiration in its absolute purest form: as the most critical element for positive, sustainable change.
